New SMB Sound Drop Set - Japanese Import, In Stock

Back in the day, the sound in video games consisted of beeps and boops that were functional but lacking in any real soul or spirit. As the industry evolved, sounds and music became nearly as integral to the game as the graphics and backdrop to set the mood and add atmosphere.

Bandai understands this.

They've been releasing "Sound Drops" toys for a few years now which are little keychain toys that celebrate the sounds of video games. Our favorite was the Street Fighter Sound Drops from a while back but the New Super Mario Bros Sound Drops are worthy contenders. Eight sound drops are featured in the set which include sampled sounds such as "COIN," "JUMP," and "1UP." NCS supplies the New SMB Sound Drops in complete sets of 8 at US$28/set. «Photos and 2 Videos»

Pokemon Super DX Onemuri Makura - New, In Stock

Rest your weary head on a Pokemon pillow and let the little beast's back hold up your melon-like noggin. While resting, allow the day's negative energy to slither away and dissipate as Pikachu or Pochama stands guard. Sort of. They look like they're sleeping too with their closed eyes. Each pillow measures 34cm or 13.38" in length and a little checkered jacket encloses them which is where you alight your head. Japanese lesson of the day: the word "onemuri" translates to "sleep" and "makura" means pillow. All orders will ship today. «Photo Gallery»

Polyphonica: Corticarte Apa Lagranges - New, In Stock

In the world of Shinkyoku Sōkai Polyphonica, musicians known as Dantists play compositions called "Commandia" which are used to appease the spirits and provide them with sustenance. The hero of the Polyphonica tale is a fledgling Dantist named Phoron Tatara who works at the Tsuge Divine Music Player Office. Phoron partners up with a red-headed spirit named Corticarte Apa Lagrangres. Phoron refers to her as "Corti" to avoid elocution issues when sputtering her convoluted moniker.

Good Smile Company commissioned artist Yasuyuki Arakawa to sculpt Corticarte into a 1/8 scale PVC figure which measures 19cm or 7.48" in height. Since Corti is a ginger, we had to preorder a few cases of the figure... regardless of whether or not the market will buy her. As we've mentioned before, redheads aka gingers are good luck in our little world.

ToraDora! Aisaka Taiga Figure - New, In Stock

High school is a cross-current of rivalries, raging hormones, and relationships - sort of like society at large but encapsulated within a single building. In the ToraDora novella by Yuyuko Takemiya, a fierce looking high school lad named Takasu Ryuuji befriends fellow student Aisaka Taiga who's known as a "Hand Held Tiger." Whereas Takasu is actually a pussycat at heart despite his bad boy looks, Aisaka really is a tigress nonpareil. Together, their unlikely friendship leads them on a story of exploration where they discover each other alongside the everyday interaction with their classmates.

Max Factory has opened up preorders for an Aisaka Taiga figure sculpted by Hironori Tokunaga which measures 10cm or 3.93" tall. To accentuate the fact that Aisaka is a tigress, she holds a little tiger in the palm of her hand. Preorders ship today and new orders are welcome.

Aegis won't allow Metis to exterminate her friends so another solution is explored...
