ADK Tamashii - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» Back in the heyday of the Neo Geo, SNK supported their own system with a bevy of (mostly) fighting games such as Garou Densetsu and King of Fighters. Unlike most other publishers who avoided the Neo, ADK was right in there, dishing out a relatively steady stream of titles that sated the hunger of thousands of Neo Geo fans. In recent years, many of the old Neo Geo games have been ported over to the PS2 and ADK's collection finally gets the Neo Geo Online treatment as well. The games featured on ADK Tamashii are:

» Ninja Combat
» Ninja Commando
» Ninja Masters -
worth the price of admission by its lonesome?
» Toukai Gain Gan (aka Aggressors of Dark Combat)
» Twinkle Star Sprites

NCS is fairly certain that Ninja Combat, Ninja Commando, and Twinkle Star Sprites will be 1:1 conversions but we're hopeful that Ninja Masters and Toukai Gan Gan will be faithful to the Neo originals. Preorders are welcome to ship on December 18, 2008.

White Knight Chronicles - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» When the waif-like Princess Cisna's ceremony is interrupted by the Wizard Corps, destiny unites a boy named Lenard with a mech suit known as the White Knight.

Shirokishi Monogatari aka White Knight Chronicles/Story is a 3D action-rpg where Lenard and supporters travel the land and face off against conventional soldiers as well as towering behemoths who are much more durable, dangerous, and difficult to kill. Early preorders will ship with a bonus WKC soundtrack in 30% ratio. Preorders ship on Dec 26, 2008.

Oretachi no Survival Game Portable - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» Do you enjoy playing airsoft-gun-armed-soldier in a forest with like-minded grunts? If so, you might get a kick out of Oretachi no Survival Game Portable which is an airsoft-gun-armed-soldier simulator for the Playstation Portable. Equipment from Tokyo Marui Company, which is the largest Japanese manufacturer of airsoft gun hardware, is featured in the game for "soldiers" to utilize.

Numerous types of battlefields, combat costumes, gun hardware, and assorted equipment allow players to recreate their dream scenario for airsoft gun skirmishes. The ad hoc mode allows up to four players to engage each other with a single UMD. The publisher hired professional voice actors including
Kiyoshi Kobayashi (he played Daisuke Jigen of Lupin fame) and Ohara Sayaka (recently, Milly Ashford in Code Geass) to provide speech for the game... we're guessing to amp up the excitement level with harried voices tinged with fear. Preorders are welcome to ship on December 4, 2008 at JPY4800 or US$48.90 from NCS.

Naruto Shippuden Geitou Ninja Taisen! EX3 - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» The spiky-blonde ninja named Naruto wreaks havoc once again in a fighting game which follows the 2D conventions of previous Naruto EX games. The Akatsuki criminal organization hangs in the background once again where the group's powerful members provide adversity and lofty challenges to Naruto and friends.
Similar to Naruto GNT EX2, the upcoming Wii Naruto game is a 2D fighting game that uses 3D backgrounds to provide depth. Although the combatants battle on a 2D plane, they can perform sidestepping evasive maneuvers to avoid oncoming attacks. Preorders are welcome to ship on November 27, 2008 at JPY6800 or US$65 from NCS.

Wii de Asobu Pikmin - Import Preorder

«©NCSX» Wii gamers get to enjoy the adventures of Captain Olimar and the Pikmin when Nintendo re-releases the first Pikmin game later this year. Originally a Gamecube title that shipped in October 2001, Pikmin has enjoyed enduring popularity over the past few years as evidenced by our continued sales of Pikmin cellphone straps and demand for the upcoming Pikmin plushes. The Wii conversion of Pikmin features Wii Remote and Nunchuk control which is expected to be smooth, fluid, and intuitive.

Preorders are welcome to ship on December 25, 2008 at JPY3800 or US$38.90 from NCS. Preorders are also welcome for another Gamecube re-release for the Wii which ships on Dec 11: Donkey Kong Jungle Beat.
