BOOK Queens Gate Kakusei Tsurugi-hime Jubei Yagyu - Preorder

NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» Before modern pop culture took hold in Japan, the name "Jubei Yagyu" invoked images of a legendary samurai who lived and killed in the years between 1607-1650. After the Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls property debuted, "Jubei Yagyu" became the name associated with a fiery ginger who had a voluptuous figure, attitude, and slicing weapons. Ever since the launch of the Samurai Girls franchise, Jubei's become a popular girl and she's going places to further her career. She was recently inducted into the Queens Gate brand and she's the focus in a new book based on her Queens Blade appearances.

The book is B5 size (25.70 x 18.20 x 1cm) and features full-color illustrations of Jubei in various scenarios and action-packed situations that should catch the attention of discerning fans. Although Jubei wears clothing, the illustrations will display Jubei's attributes in revealing poses and ribald action stances that may best be described as "fan service" theatrics.
Preorders are welcome to ship on September 30, 2010 at JPY1500 or US$26.90 from NCS. Orders for books will ship flat in a cardboard mailer with adequate protection to prevent potential damage while in transit.

TOYS Portrait of Pirates Neo-DX Monkey D. Luffy - Preorder

NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» Previous plastic realizations of Luffy and the crew of the Straw Hat Pirates have rendered them in boring poses where they stood upright like they were proper gentlemen. They're nothing of the sort since they're rowdier than most brigands who sail the open seas and the word "decorum" isn't part of their everyday vernacular. To make up for the lack of rowdiness in the previous Portrait of Pirates figures, Megahouse is sculpting Luffy in a new kind of pose. He's a brawler this time around where he stands with legs wide apart and his right fist is coiled back like a cobra. A toothy and gritty sneer flashes across Luffy's face because he's bad and possibly dangerous. He might even be off the wall now that he's seemingly unhinged in his new Portrait of Pirates Neo-DX incarnation.

Preorders for the new Luffy Neo-DX figure are welcome to ship in late December 2010 at JPY6300 or US$73.90 from NCS.

TOYS Portrait of Pirates Neo-DX Portgas D. Ace - Preorder

NCS Product Synopsis
«©NCSX» Megahouse's previous plastic realization of Portgas D. Ace in the "Portrait of Pirates Neo-2" release rendered him upright like he was some kind of Southern gentlemen. Sure, there was a blazing flame emanating from his right hand but he had proper posture (for the most part) and he looked civil. Portgas is no gentleman. To make up for the lack of rowdiness in his previous P.O.P. figure, Megahouse is sculpting Portgas in a new kind of pose. He's a brawler this time around where he stands with legs wide apart and his left fist is coiled back like a cobra. A toothy and gritty sneer flashes across Portgas' face because he's bad and possibly dangerous. He might even be off the wall now that he's seemingly unhinged in his Portrait of Pirates Neo-DX incarnation.

Preorders for the new Portgas Neo-DX figure are welcome to ship in late December 2010 at JPY6300 or US$73.90 from NCS.
